Refund Policy

  1. In the case of cancellation of any attestation process, we need a mail or letter from the authorised person of documents.
  2. Once we receive the refund/ cancellation request, we will go through genuine reason of cancellation.
  3. The cancellation or refund procedure will be started on basis services completed on the documents.
  4. If we found some process and services completed, a certain amount will be deducted on that basis.
  5. The refund amount will be do only through online transfer to customer account or to authorised account only
  6. The refund period will 10 working days from the date request received from the customer part.
