NOTARIZATION

Notarization is an activity comes under the field of law, which assures that the custodian of records carries the original document and it can be trusted. And the notarization process is fully handled by a notary. Notary public (or notary or public notary) is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in matters usually concerned with estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. The person has been licensed by the government and he/she will be done notarization by affixing their official seal or stamp on the submitted document.

A person who had a practice as a lawyer at least ten years experience is eligible to be appointed as a notary. The main function of the notary public is to serve the public. The validity of a notary stamp will be valid only for a period of months. Nowadays, approximately 95% of the documents will require this notary authentication on it. As per the current immigration attestations, most of the countries require this notarization to know the trustworthiness of the document. Financial benefits are the most common aim of getting a notarization. It is a legal activity required for authenticating the document in front of the destination country’s authority.
