Inorder to get the verification form the Ministry Of External Affairs the applicant must firstly get his/her certificate Attested from the State education department/HRD Attestation of the state from where the original certificate was issued. While applying for this HRD verification the applicants are instructed to submit application form, passport size photo, original certificates, copy of electoral card and all year mark sheets..etc. MEA Attestation can only be done after the respective relevant state authority has attested that particular document. This Attestation process is carried out to prove the certificates to be legal in the foreign countries. Once this entire process of Attestation is completed the certificates are proved to be Authentic.
